Shipping & Delivery
We hand-pack and dispatch every order from our atelier in India. Here's what to expect when your Surekhi piece is on its way to you.
Delivery timelines
Metro cities: 3-5 business days. Other cities: 5-8 business days. International orders: 7-14 business days, depending on customs.
Shipping charges
Complimentary shipping on all orders above Rs. 2,999 within India. Orders below Rs. 2,999 carry a flat Rs. 149 shipping fee. International rates are calculated at checkout.
Cash on delivery
COD is available across most pincodes in India for orders up to Rs. 15,000. A small COD handling fee may apply.
Order tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS the moment your order ships. You can also follow your order status from your account page.
