How long does shipping take?
Most orders within India arrive in 3-8 business days. International orders take 7-14 business days.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Submit an exchange request from your account within 7 days of delivery.
Do you offer custom tailoring?
Most pieces include free fall and pico for sarees. Bridal and couture orders include a personalised fitting consult - write to care@surekhi.com.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, all major credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery within India.
How do I care for my Surekhi piece?
We recommend dry cleaning silks and zari work. Cottons can be hand-washed in cold water. See each product page for piece-specific notes.
