We want you to love every piece. If something isn't quite right, here's how to return or exchange it.
7-day returns
Request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
How to start a return
Sign in to your account, open the order, and tap Request return. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving the item back. COD orders are refunded to bank transfer.
Final sale items
Bridal couture, custom-tailored pieces, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
